Examining Nutrition, Exercise, and Renewal Goals for Yourself

Club ENERGY is sponsoring free introductory yoga classes for Mitchell students this semester.  The classes will be taught by Ms. Chang, and can accommodate about 20 – 30 students.
Classes will be held at the Con Ed Auditorium on Thursdays from 12:20 to 1:20pm, on February 21, February 28; March 7, March 14, March 21; April 11, April 18, and April 25.
